You may remember I photographed Jaimee and Robbie's engagement pictures last fall. Chris and I made the short drive to outside of Moultrie for this beautiful wedding February 27. I LOVED the colors used in this wedding. Take a look at her bridal bouquet very elegant!
Jaimee looked so beautiful! She was a trooper for me as we braved the wind on a overcast cold February afternoon.
She was one of the happiest brides I've been around.
Very pretty bridemaids in some awesome dresses!
This is one of my favorite photographs I've taken. Every little girl dreams of being a bride. As I took this I wondered what was going through Jaimee's niece's mind.
Robbie looked very handsome himself.
And, his handsome crew!
Jaimee and Robbie stuck to tradition and did not see each other before the wedding. While the bridesmaids were starting their entrance I caught Jaimee sneaking a peek at her groom!
While waiting for the ceremony to begin Jaimee's niece was being so good and patient. I had to capture her sweetness!
This wedding was so sweet. The church was packed in fact they had to bring in chairs in the back for people to be seated. This couple is so loved! This was a very special moment to them. Their first communion as husband and wife.
The cake was as delicious and it was beautiful! The lady who made the cake also made the bridal cake in the movie, "Fireproof."
All the men loved the groom's cake. The caramel looks yummy!
This was a favorite table for the crowd.
My husband thought this was the neatest thing! He had to get a picture of this. I just know at our next social event he is going to request I copy this.
Jaimee with her new sister-in-law and mother-in-law!
There were so many people at this reception. Jaimee and Robbie barely moved from this spot. So many people were there to wish them well as they start their new life together.
Jaimee's niece and friend were having a good ole' time!
We stole away for a private moment to get some pictures of the happy couple!
This picture brings tears to my eyes. It's so precious for so many reasons. As a bride I didn't have the fortune of having my mama at my wedding. She had passed away three years prior. So, as a photographer I try to look for those special moments. Jaimee's mom is telling her bye before they leave the church.
Since this was a winter wedding it was only fitting that the crowd throw "snow" at the couple!
Thank you Mrs. Vicky, Jaimee and Robbie! Chris and I truly had a blast at your wedding and meeting your wonderful families and friends. We truly felt as if we had known everyone for years. We wish you both many, many years of happiness. May God bless you both and your new home together.
- Enjoy,
Lydia
