A Boy's Best Friend

What fun I had on this photo shoot!  Meet my friend Brayden and his puppy Sonnie.  Brayden's mom wanted pictures to celebrate him turning 5!  I love this picture it reminds me of the Coppertone Girl ads!


One of my goals when taking pictures of children is to capture their personality and reflect who they really are.  Brayden was having a blast playing with Sonnie and getting him to pose for the camera.

This picture and shoot almost cost me a lot of money.  We came very close to purchasing one of this puppy's siblings. I kept going back looking at this picture and showing it to my husband saying, "See how adorable he is?"  And, yes I think Brayden is just as adorable.  He has such a fun personality as you can see here!

Not only is Master Brayden fun to be around but, he is very handsome!  I love his smile!

He has amazing blue eyes!

His mom did a good job picking out some outfits for this shoot. His bright colors just popped against the winter setting.

Happy 5th Birthday again to this handsome young man!  And, good luck with Sonnie!!!

Precious One....

I had the honor to photograph this precious one and his parents recently.  Meet Master Paxton!  I love how this picture seems so soft and sweet.  Just precious...

When photographing a little one like this you never know what kind of picture you'll get.  Somehow in this one he seems to be looking right at me.

I love the colors in his room.

I love this picture.  It reminds me when my little boy was this little.  I can still remember how he smelled. 

I don't think I have ever seen Melissa so beautiful!  I love the non-verbal communication going on here!

We took these photos before Christmas so we had to have a little fun.  Santa Baby....

I want Paxton to see this photo in years to come and know exactly how much he is truly loved!
