Mini-Easter Session with Ansley and Colin!

I was so tickled when Ansley and Colin's mom e-mailed me about taking their pictures! They are such a beautiful family. I had to get a picture with mom in it. She is so photogenic!

Colin is one of my child's best friends. He has such a funny personality and as I told his daddy- "he's just like him!"

I love the look of wonderment here. He was studying the plant in the fountain!

I love capturing children being children - he is in his own world right here.

Ansley came up with this pose and Colin did what big sister told him too!

This is my favorite of her! She's so beautiful! I've watched her grow up over the years and can not believe how quickly it's happened!

She decided she wanted to go for the more serious look this day. It's so opposite of her personality! She's always smiling, always talking or reading. She is her school's AR Queen!

I had to post this one. I told you he had personality. I've seen his dad do this very thing! But without the "bowl" haircut!

Thank you Dee! I had a great time last Sunday afternoon!

Mini-Easter Session Samples!

Quitman has so many beautiful, Southern treasures! Andrew and I found several while out taking Easter pictures this past weekend. Call me if you are interested in setting a time for your Easter session.

This is a really neat picture for our family. Andrew's great-Papa served in the Navy. You see which flag he went to!

Chamber of Commerce Banquet

This past Thursday night all of Quitman was out for the Annual Chamber Banquet! Knot Just Weddings catered the awesome food. The potato casserole was to die for! James Bednar donated his time and talent and decorated the Middle School lunchroom to perfection! He mixed two of my favorites- seashells and fresh flowers! Some of our finest were honored as Woman of the Year, Man of the Year, Spirit Award, Director of the Year, Business of the Year and with the Henry L. Reaves Gold Star! A special award was given to an old Quitman business that will close their doors forever this year! "A good time was had by all!"
